By signing below, I (the “Borrower”) authorize Kayak Capital Mortgage, LLC (“Kayak Capital”) to initiate recurring electronic debit (ACH) entries from the bank account listed above for monthly payments on my loan referenced by the property address above.
Payment schedule. Payments will be drafted between the 1st and 5th of each month, beginning on the First Payment Date above. If no date is provided, payments will begin the next billing cycle.
Changes & cancellation. To stop, pause, or change any payment or bank account information, email Barry@KayakCapital.com at least four (4) business days before the next scheduled payment date. Requests received after that window will apply to the following month.
Returned payments. If a debit is returned for insufficient funds or any other reason, I understand my bank may charge me a return fee, and Kayak Capital may assess a returned-item fee as provided in my loan documents. Kayak Capital may re-present the payment up to two (2) additional times.
Account ownership. I certify that I am the owner of, or an authorized signer on, the bank account listed above and have the right to authorize debits from it. I confirm that the routing and account numbers entered above are accurate.
Authorization period. This authorization remains in full force and effect until my loan is paid in full, or until I cancel it in writing per the terms above, whichever occurs first.
Dispute rights. I retain all rights provided to me under the federal Electronic Fund Transfer Act (Regulation E), the NACHA Operating Rules, and applicable state law, including the right to dispute an unauthorized debit through my bank.
Electronic signature consent. I agree that my electronic signature below, together with this electronic authorization, is the legal equivalent of my manual signature for purposes of the ESIGN Act and is binding.
Loan documents control. Nothing in this authorization modifies the amount, interest rate, maturity, or any other term of my underlying loan. In the event of any conflict, the loan documents control.
